Anyone ever experienced partially cured resin in masked sections of the FEP film BUT an otherwise successful print? It was easy to clean.

I've recently started using new resins, different brand FEP so there are some potential variables at play, and I have some theories as to why it might happen but would like your opinion.

Can confirm that replacing the 2K screen is pretty straightforward if you're careful with the thin ribbon cable. Printing again.

Very pissed.

I've seen people with the same problem happen.....I was removing my vat and the suction of the FEP has pulled up my screen. I carefully put it back in but their must have been a disconnection with the screen's connector and now it is not displaying correctly, barely any masking.

What do I do!!?????

My immediate response is to get in touch with the supplier as I've had it less than a year. I find it ridiculous that such a key part is secured so poorly, appears to be very thin double sided tape.

Anyone know where I can get a spare set of vat screws? (the smaller for the two rings plus larger to secure to vat) I feel like after time they might get rounded off. Obviously I can hunt them down from a fixings place but just curious if they're already available as a spares kit...

My simple but effective post curing setup. UV globe and reflector with a motorised turntable. A sheet of silicone was put over the initial mirrored surface to stop parts sticking occasionally.
