Don't get resin in your eye... it really REALLY burns a LOT (is also really itchy the next day).

Anycubic Green i would say is a 8/10 for pain.

(I do not intend to try any other resins)

That is all!

So my Y-wing model i printed last night lost a load of definition where there was no adhesion to the build plate (about a 2cm by 2cm region at the back right of the build plate), the rest of the model had no adhesion issues at all.

checked the levelness of the actual plate and it is indeed flat, checked my z=0 for flatness and height and its exactly the same as when i had done many previous good prints with no issues. (cleaned everything out before last nights print), any ideas what could be causing this?

Model was rotated to 45 degrees off the plate and every other part of the model printed perfectly so dont think its an orientation issue.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Had a load of good prints, last week the back right side of every print started peeling off from the print plate. Have removed and cleaned all components and relevelled (2/3 of the print is fine)... really at a loss to what could be causing it ? any suggestion from my photon bredren?

Edit: using same anycubic green resin and same settings as last week.

Step 1, learn openscad and code the object.

Step 2, build 3D mesh and export to stl... can you guess what it is?

Step 3 print tests overnight and hope it’s all ok!

Hi photon masters, I have been having a weird issue over the last couple of days... I keep getting completely flat limbs, ie on a warlock ork it printed everything perfectly except a single arm which was just one flat layer (maybe half a mm thick), last night was printing a makers cult model and same thing only one arm came out half a mm thick and flat, rest of the model was fine. Is it a supports issue?

Thanks in advance

Hi guys, had multiple good prints over the last week or so, installed the fan mod for the back cover last night to a carbon filter and not had a successful print since, i did change layer height to 0.025 with 10 layers at 60 second exposure for base layers but not a thing will stick to the build plate now... Is it worth me removing the resin vat and emptying/completely cleaning this with ipa as well as the build plate each time i complete a print or should it be ok to reuse as long as nothing got stuck to fep?

I should note that i re-levelled between each print and that the build plate seems to have a minor horizontal turning wobble but no vertical wobble... is it worth me checking for resin in the ball screw thingamy?

Above issues are using anycubic clear green resin.

Thanks in advance for any answers...
