Anyone else ever experience the FEP film being tugged up as the plate moves up to peel? I can see the resin level fall as it releases, and hear the 'tick' as it falls back into place. Is this okay?

Ever since getting my new resin (Anycubic skin), I've been having a problem. The prints all come out with a "raft" at the bottom, the first few layers have a bit of extra resin cured around them. I'm using the suggested settings here https://docs.google.com/…/1crvzMnt_8NJXAsABinoIhcOjE8…/edit…

Can anyone give me some idea as to why this is happening? A large number of my prints don't require supports (i.e. are flat pieces) but they do need to be accurate from layer 1. Anyone?

Just got my new resin in, anycubic skin. at 65s bottom exposure time, the bottom layers fuse, too long? I've got it set to 8 bottom layers.

Anyone looking for a challenge? Because I just thought of one hell of a hard one (at least for someone in my experience).

Open up your mouse, get the dimensions on each pcb and each circuitry component. Put it back together and model a custom mouse.

I'm going to be printing the circuitry holding pieces with the photon, and the shell will be printed with my Monoprice Mini Delta.

Hey all, just ordered my Photon. Should arrive Thursday. Other than what comes in the box, and a UV curing station, what do you suggest I get for being up and running?

I've got all the tools needed for fdm printing. Would you suggest a pack of nitrile gloves, respirator? What do you wish you'd gotten before your first prints?
