Bit of advice?

Vat took a tumble while swapping out. Resin spilt around the fan and pooled up into the lead screw well for the z-axis. I've cleaned it up but wondering if I'll now have to strip down the printer and remove the entire z-axis, lead screw and stepper motor to make sure nothing leaked into the printer and then clean off the whole assembly.

Does this sound about right?

Amazing how simple it is to find answers to most of the issues I've had. (Z motor stopping, USB stick, best exposure times and sundry other things).

Meshmixer users!!!

Using meshmixer or Chitubox to hollow models.

Does anyone know of a way to “smooth” the inside of the model one this has been done to minimise overhangs/islands and hence the need for more internal supports?

Was looking at the EPAX resin printer. Seems pretty nifty. Only bit I didn’t like was the lack of warranty for international customers.

Nick - Here's the cleaned up result of that Paladin.

Hollowed - 1mm and holes in feet and head (feet holes ended up getting blocked but didn't seem to cause an issue).

Anycubic Green - T 0.04, E: 8s, O: 4.5, BE: 50s, BL: 8

Turned out fine. Did the supports in B9 and the came off very easily.

Might sound like a stupid question. Was looking at a 3 litre ultrasonic cleaner. I’d expect it to hold 3 litres of liquid. However read a review on the cleaner and the reviewer said that despite it being described as 3 litre unit it only holds about 2.

Anyone with any experience in these sizes?

Reason asking if I have 2 litres of resinaway. Need to know if that will be enough or if I need to buy another litre.
