Need some advice on uv torchlight for curing joints with resin. Is there any products that you would recommend from Amazon UK? Most of the ones listed are 395 mm wavelength. Are they good enough or should I look for 405mm?

Looking for some advice on printing some ball joints. I have tried orienting the sockets flat on the plate as well as vertical. Vertical seems to works OK but the inside of the flat one is not very well defined. I guess this is cause the resin is not draining properly and is getting trapped inside while layers are curing? Also the spherical shape of the ball is not very precise. Any advice on printing spherical shapes without losing the accuracy?

Resin setting for Elegoo Grey: I checked the spreadsheet, but there are two entries their with different exposure times and number of layers. What is the recommended settings based on your experience? Also should I be multiplying the exposure setting by 0.7 for EPAX pronter? What about number of bottom layers? that remains same for both EPAX and AnyCubic?

How good is DLP when it comes to printing whole joints/hinges/movable parts in place as a single print? Will the pieces fuse together or they remain separate? What kind of tolerance should be there for the parts?
I have a FDM printer and have mixed results with such designs. Can be done but lot of trial and error and need to make minute changes to parts while designing them.
What is your experience with DLP? Thanks
