Sometimes my prints don't come out very detailed and they seem kinda sloppy at the supports. The print on the left is from my CR-10s Pro and the right one is my Photon. Notice the little dots are not all there on the one on the right. I painted the piece btw. Also notice the left side of the right piece. See how it's not as far out as the one on the left? That's where the supports were.

I'm using Nova3d clear.
Layer height 0.04
Bottom layer count 8
Exposure 10
Bottom exposure 60

Also, the settings in Chitubox reset every time I restart the program and I have to load up the settings. I wonder if they are not saving when I print also.

My first test piece painted. It came out pretty much how I had envisioned it in my head,other than the color of the metal. I need to get a different color. I also need to edit some of the details so that they show up better in the print. This is the arm of Alita from the Alita: Battle Angel movie.

Thanks for the invite! I just got my Photon today and I can't get it to print anything other than the cube that comes on it. The very first file I tried to print came up in the display correctly, but I stopped it before it could start printing so that I could make a change to the file. Ever since then it won't print anything. The file doesn't even come up like the cube or the first file I tried to print. It comes up as a little box with some lines in it. When I do try to print, it goes to the print screen, the percentage goes up, but the printer isn't doing anything. Any help would be appreciated.
