So so so... Support sheet keeps sticking to the FEP. Even thou i hear the "sticky noise" and level between each failed print (as all of a sudden i cant get it to print anything without failing) and IF (a really big if here) it sticks to the plate instead the supports break even thou I run heavy, added contact space, hollowed print in an angle... have even changed FEP and its like the plate is non existant.

Been zeroing if and releveling it after each failed. Both flint and paper method. Just like i have before when troubles were none. Also been mixing my resin. I'm at a loss and the machine it getting closer to turning into a garden-gnome...
As there is tons of advice i have a hard time finding how to go about with this as it splits a lot. not sure if its the settings or just me not being able to get the machine to zero and level propperly.

Printing with
Anycubic Black,
0.025mm
3 bottom layers at 90s
7.5s exposure
3.5s off time

Any ideas?

Had to try "can i go this far". The scope is around 4-5mm long. You still get the detail of edge of the scope rings.

Hello fellow printers! I have tried searching for a solution to this but its a bit... wierd.

Problem: Every time a layer is "done" and the bed moves up you can hear a sucking/sticky noise, as if the print ALMOST sticks to the FEP film.
The supports and their "foot" sticks to the bed with no problem but as the figure on top gets bigger it sticks to the film and breaks of the support. Its like a "somewhere in between" kind of problem.
At this point i even tried using the full on auto-generate support to no avail. Sticky noise - and figure breaks of supports.
I had this problem appear at the end of the life cycle of my last FEP. Switched to a new one - problem still there.

So support sticks to bed all fine and dandy. When figure gets bigger - entire figure sticks to FEP and breaks from the support who stays on the bed.

Im at a loss here. Tried zeroing. FEP has been bathing in IPA...
Havent had this trouble before. Any pointers on what where how to adress this?
