Quick question:

LCD died. Amazon has the elegoo screen on for a lot less than the anycubic one.

Are they interchangeable?

So I'm most likely looking at buying a second resin printer in the near future. I've actually been surprised at how much my local hobby shop has sold of the miniatures I have a merchant license for (I started doing it to break even on the printer purchase). I was looking at a second photon, but given the uproar and announcements, it might be best to move up a step and get a slightly higher grade printer.

I see good things about the Maoi...are there any others in that price range that would be good options?

So thanks to all of the help on here, I've had two successful builds and prints now. The two issues seemed to stem from 1) Not keeping the paper snug enough on first levelling and then 2) Using chitubox for supports and the minis not sticking to them (anycubics slicer is working fine). Thank you to everyone for your assistance! :)

One followup question for guidance: Hollowing

Most of my prints are going to be 25mm DnD Minis...is it worth it to hollow them, or just keep them solid? if hollowing is the way to go, whats the best way of closing the holes up afterwards?

So I got my Photon last night.

Tried to print a dnd mini as a test. Added supports in Chitu, rotated the figure 30 deg, sliced in Photon slicer and set to print overnight. Woke up to nothing attached to the plate.

I think my calibration might have been messed, so this could be a stupid question. I did the paper thing. I pushed lightly after I felt resistance and then tightened the bolt. The paper was then super tight, so I moved it up about 2 x 0.1mm movements untill the paper moved but was resistant again....was this wrong to do?
