Anycubic Photon Printer Owners 造訪社團 » 用戶發文

Hi everyone. Another newbie to the group here. Have had my photon for a couple of months now, I've been getting some weird problems with prints.

Most of these problems I've solved by a combination of using ChiTuBox and up-to-date firmware, but this one has me confused.

I am trying to print a chassis for a model railway wagon. I'm printing it flat on the bed, with the top surface against the bed. The model has 4-fold symmetry - one corner was drawn, then mirrored to form the other corners, so all four corners should be identical. The model has been printed without supports, and almost all of it has come out fine. One corner though is missing everything below the first couple of layers, and there's a thin silhouette attached to the FEP there.

Any thoughts on why that might be?

So I've finally updated the firmware on my Photon to get the anti-aliasing, went to level the bed aaaaaaand... I've lost the allen key/wrench. Does anyone know what size it is?

So I've been printing with my Photon for a while now, and love it (mostly), but in my last three prints I've had a weird glitch appear - about 3-4mm off the bed I get a mesh-like single-layer appearing in mid-air. I've checked the slicer file, and it doesn't appear in that, and several of the supports just stop when they reach the "mesh", which means that various parts of the finished model just haven't appeared.

I'm using the default Anycubic slicer (I know, I know, use ChiTuBox), a SanDisk USB stick, and Anycubic Green resin and default exposure settings, although I don't think it's a resin/exposure-related problem. My bet is that it's either an error somewhere in either the slicer file or a problem with the printer.

Has anyone come across anything like this before?
