Bad experience with photon support. Sorry for long message but grateful for advice.
I was very happy with my photon for a month.
Than i got an error message and it stopped working.
Contacted support and after a few days of testing flashed firmware reconnecting screen they sent me a new mainboard.
A few weeks waiting and Than it arrived. Still error message and not working.
A few days with The same tests and they sent a new screen.
A few weeks waiting and The screen arrived found out that The old screen was glued in place but managed to change it in a few hours.
The new screen worked for 2 weeks and Than got a black spot covering 1/4 of The screen.
Contacted support and they sent a new screen.
Waited 4 weeks and screen never arrived. Contacted postoffice and customs reason was that content was not filled in in declaration papers by the sender (anycubic support).
I Contacted support and now they tell me that The screen was kost but that i can buy a new screen since The photon is more Than 3 months old.
I would happily pay for a new screen IF I knew it would fix The problem. Please help

Hi everyone. My photon worked well for 6 weeks. Now it prints for one hour and then stops and give errorcode T_88. I have tried updatieng firmware and reconnecting the cable to the LCD screen.
Please help
