Hey folks! I tried to find some answers to a major problem I have with my new Photon on reddit, but I couldn’t get a definitive solution. So here is another try, since this group is always mentioned as the best resource for the Photon.
Please forgive the wall of text, but I wanted to give as much info as I could. The story is compiled in an album here:

My initial test lattice cube went awesome! Also the following two miniature prints came out great.
The last four prints after that however had the linked failures/artifacts. Something went wrong with the buildup of extra flags or broken supports or something?
I used AnyCubic grey resin with these ChiTuBox settings

found in some blog post. Auto Supports placement.
After cleaning/filtering/leveling and a another try I was left with what seemed like permanent stains on my FEP after just a few prints. Couldn’t get rid of them for the life of me. I carefully tried the plastic spatula, some IPA and a microfiber cloth to no avail.
Another print made it even worse

, so I replaced my mere 6 day old FEP with the spare (removing the protective cover, of course) and tuning it to ~345 Hz.
Meanwhile I found your Photon File Inspector and used it for my next print. These were the settings I chose:

.
I adjusted them similar to what the lattice test file was like that came with the printer. So no more Light Off Delay! Thought that had been my biggest screw up, causing the resin to cure while re-pooling. Heureka?
No. Similar problem with the print (albeit less noticable since the model was thin) and I had a layer of semi-cured resin almost all over the bottom of the VAT. And again, tiny stains of resin remain on the FEP after thorough cleaning.
What on earth am I supposed to do? I'm out of ideas. Is my FEP now broken
again
? I will try firmware v4.0.11 (if I can find an install guide for the files that come with it) to try and fix potential light bleed and I will go back to the translucent resin for a test print. But if nothing more helps, I will have to assume the LCD is broken and the printer goes back for replacement.
I honestly don't enjoy to tinker around anymore, the whole deal just isn't made for it unlike FDM, because every failed print is way more work and cost.
Thanks for taking the time and helping out! Sorry if I'm breaking some etiquette, I've never been on Facebook before.
