Hi, I'm getting random round holes running through my prints from the plate all the way through the print. As far as I can tell it's not a drain hole and it doesn't appear on the preview.

Any ideas? I'll post some pictures later.

Continued printing problems...

I have two Photons that both have the same problem. I've used Photon File Validator and the free viewer from Thingiverse that both display my prints perfectly, when I try to print I get between a quarter and a half of the print and then it stops.

If I open the print file in ChiTuBox it seems to show the print cutoff at the same point as my prints, the strange thing is if I print without supports it seems to preview fine.

Smaller print files with supports that are below 40Mb print fine, it's just larger file sizes, can anyone help?

I'm having a problem with supports where the print either stops or doesn't recognise the file when using them. I've tried slicing without supports and it works fine.

I've tried both the Photon slicer and ChiTuBox with the same result. The strange thing is the free viewer from Thingiverse shows the complete file with supports but ChiTuBox only shows part, usually cut off between 1/4 and 1/2 way up.

I've also tried Formware and have exactly the same issue. I've tried several different files of varying sizes and polygon counts but the same happens every time. Can anyone help, maybe a firmware update if there is one?

After trying various suggested settings I discovered that it's the files that are at fault. I first noticed that the preview would go blank at a certain height on various files, there was also frames of solid resin that are not on my model.

When attempting to import the print file in to both the Photon sliver and ChiTuBox I had a "File to Large" message and only a small part of the print would display. Any ideas?

I have just bought a new printer, and i am having a hard time with this current set up as it's not printing properly. Can anyone give me any advice on how to set it up correctly using the picture below. I am currently using 'ANYCUBIC white Resin'. help is much appreciated
