Hey there, I've a problem with my Photon S' screen. Basically sometime I had printing issues and then I noticed that the screen wasn't working properly, so I opened the printer, plugged and replugged and secured the camble, it worked well for just the first print, then the issue came back.
What is weird is that sometimes it works well and some other times it makes all these stripes, for example now it just stopped making this bug (after few times of restarting and unplugging the USB) so I launched a print because if o don't restart the printer it continues working well), but I know it could restart bugging again at the next restart.
So what is the problem? The screen or the mother board? Because I already bought a new screen thinking it's the problem, but now I'm not 100% sure about that.

Same file, same resin and same room/temperature conditions. Anyone knows why it failed in this way? (It's not first time happening) the material left in the vat and on the buildings plate has a totally different shape than the file layers. Is it a software problem?

Does exist a 100% clear uv resin (that doesn't turn yellow) that I could use to print a pair of lenses for a costume? It isn't for glasses obviously, just I want to make customs shaped lenses for a costume.

Does anyone know why layers aren't perfectly overlapping in parallel? Currently I've launched another print with some distance from the building plate and a 30 degrees angle with many supports. It will take a lot more time and almost double resin to print, I hope it's worhhy

Anyone tried to mix Siraya Blue with pigments or dyes? I want to see if I can make it very dark or even black, so if after painting the lenses will be scratched won't show the transparent light blue of the resin.

Testing Siraya Blue resin with a defective print.
I'm using it to print the lenses for my team's costume replicas.
As you can see this resin is definitely worthy the price, it's way more stronger than common UV resins.
My hand hurt for like 10 minutes to break that 2mm thick pin by punching it.

I succeeded avoiding air bubbles and little delaminations... But I still have some little artefacts. Does anyone know what can cause them? Maybe because the model bends easily during printing? Seems like this artefacts are close to very angled areas .

Hey guys, I've changed my Fep film and I've noticed that the screws of the frame were a bit damaged (they tighten them too much). So I want to buy a package of these screws, but I've to understand which one is the correct size.
They seems to be M3x6(mm) with hexagonal flat head, am I right?

Hey guys, lately I've been using Chitubox instead of Photon Workshop to slice my prints.

But I was wondering, why in Chitubox I've so many settings for the Photon as Lifting distance and anti aliasing, while this settings aren't available for the Photon S? (they are almost the same machine)

p.s. another question, the AA works on the Photon S ( I bought it few weeks ago) or it needs firmware update?

Does anyone know what can cause this layers lines on my prints? They looks almost like little cracks but they are only superficial.
Some prints I've made (like this one) have them clearly visible, other prints are completely without them.
