Hi there,
I just tried to print a litophane, vertical on the plate of course. The print was perfect but deformed. Yet, no horizontal lines are visible, nor layer shifting, which makes me think the print deformed after it was completed.
Could this be caused by the low temperature? The printer was in a 10 degrees room.
What's your opinion?

Hi there!
I do not own a photon, but I'm posting this to try to solve this problem. Maybe someone here had a similar issue.
My printer is a phrozen shuffle xl. The fact is that I find resin residues on the fep after every print. I tried to change resin manufacturer, nothing. Changed fep with one by fepshop, nothing.
Exosure time for normal layers is 8 seconds, so I would exclude overexposure.
The residues also, sometimes, remain attached to the print itself, but they're so thin I can always remove them without leaving any sign.
These issues began with the fall. Maybe a change in temperatures causes resin to behave dirrefently. Maybe it's just caused by cold? At night here is 10 degrees so...

Hi there,
I’m having troubles with visible lines on flat surfaces: i printed this mini with 0,05 layers at exactly 45º from vertical. The lower face of the base, however, has these visible lines. I noticed they’re a pattern, but they’re not as thin as the single layers of course. What could cause this?

Has anyone found a solution to this problem?

Hi, I own a photon s. I have two questions for you:
Do the yellow panels really block uv light from getting inside the printer?
And, I use chitubox to slice: in the settings, anti aliasing is expressed in numbers (1-2-4-8), what do these numbers mean? What’s the best value in your opinion?
