Hi! I’m experiencing some warping/curling issues after printing.
I’m trying to print a small slab (48x16x1.6mm) with some text engraved, they mostly print great but when it’s time to wash and cure, they warp a lot. I’ve tried printing directly on the bed, at an angle, parallel to the bed with supports and the result is similar, lots of warping.
Do you have any advice?
The last one I tried looked pretty good, I washed it and let it to dry, had to leave it for a few hours uncured and when I came back it was very warped.
Im using eSun hard-though resin, at 4s exposure time, 20s bottom exposure with 3 layers and 0.05mm layer height on a Photon S printer.
