After several weeks of fighting to get my prints to stick to the print surface and not the FEP, I got frustrated and managed to tear the film while trying to remove yet another fail. This is the best thing that could have happened. I replaced it with the spare and realised that the factory fitted FEP was no where near tight enough.
Now, I'm getting amazing results. This is the second print from yesterday (the first being the Gayer-Anderson cat) and it came out incredibly well, considering how small it is, a little over 50mm. I still need to clean up the small support marks on the back, but I am very happy with the results. It's printed in Wanhao grey at 0.05mm.
