I find that I have to re-tighten the FEP after every print. The screws become loose. Would some 3M Blue solve this, or is it some other issue, like the lift speed? I have increased it to 300mm/min as per Tom Sargison's guide.

Higher lift speeds cause more force pulling the prints off the FEP.
Yes your print is faster but if you lower your speeds you can get successful prints when it would otherwise might just barely break your builds off the supports.

Bolts definitely come loose. FEP is still taut, but less than before.
