I'm having too much print bed adhesion to the point where I can't even scrape them off with the spatula wedge tool they gave me, it's starting to rip off pieces of the model (I'm printing supportless)

Layer Height: 0.05 at 6 bottom layers for 65 seconds and 8 seconds regular exposure time

I remember someone posted a neat blog guide on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with the print failures... Does anyone have the link to that? (Or something similar)

Any advice for getting rid of bubbles? I'm shaking the resin and putting it in, I usually wait about 30 minutes before printing and it's about 25-27 celsius in my garage... However I'm getting micro bubbles here and there on my prints towards the top of the model.

Do I need to level my build plate again? I got a model that stuck to the build plate way too much and ended up tearing some paint or coloring off it. I'm getting a little bit of distortion on an otherwise flat surface where you can only tell by looking at the light reflecting differently off of it.

Anyone know the specifics on the FEP suction force vs Print bed adhesion per mm squared? Or at least a rough estimate? I was designing some models that would preferably be printed supportless but there isn't enough area on the bottom layer for print bed adhesion to survive the rest of the layers...

Any idea what caused this kind a mish mash on the bottom? I tried printing supportless hoping the angle was enough it looks to be about 35 or 40 from the print bed... I do know that the front two legs didn't completely adhere to the bed when i took it off the machine. I was using a slurry of anycubic clear and esun white since my white ran out but I'm not sure if that changes things too much.

Are supportless prints feasible if there are no overhangs on the model?

What kind of glue and methods do you use when fusing together multiple pieces for a single model? I've also read that 0.1mm clearance is enough for a push-fit between two parts.

Any tips on reducing the curing process of residual resin on the model from the light diffusion/diffraction from the screen while it's printing? I'm getting blobs of cured resin surrounding the area where the supports meet the model. I've been thinking about it all day and the only solution I can think of is somehow being able to set an automation to measure the amount of resin in the vat and keep it a constant amount as to only be enough for 1 layer so no uncured resin is able to reach the tops of the already finished layers while it's printing.

Hello all, I've been running into this problem with the first few layers of my model ending up kinda gooey but still cured, I printed using regular generated medium cone tipped supports and I thought it was more of a support issue or possibly the orientation but I'm not sure anymore. Towards the end of the print the detail is exactly how I'd like it to be but not so much at the beginning... (Printed out two of the same at opposite orientations which didn't seem to help).
