Hey guys i need help, tried doing a print this morning and after the buildplate moved down into the vat it stayed there. i tried moving it up manually but it just makes a groaning sound and doesnt move. it does the same thing when i press home but doesnt move. Please help

Anyone have any experience using Anycubic Maroon? Cant seem to find the right exposure settings, prints either glueing to FEP or coming out squidgy.

Just got the anycubic photon, my first print went really well but ever since i have been having problems getting anything printed. The first layer has a tendency to stick to the fep film. Can anyone help?
