Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this shenanigans with my screen/LCD flickering whenever a print is going? It does this for the entire run...

I'm having a problem with my Photon prints creating artifacts that are left on the models, supports, and the FEP. As you can see circled in the images, there are thin layers of material left behind. At first I thought it was happening at the beginning of the process, with a bottom layer not sticking to the print bed.

However, after stopping a print after completing the bottom layers, there's nothing on the FEP, and all of the layers are stuck to the printbed. This most likely means that, at some point during the rest of the 3D printing process, a full bottom layer exposure is firing and creating this layer that's left behind and impacting print quality.

I've tried the following troubleshooting solutions. They include but are not limited to:

-Researching and trying to find others who have had this problem
-Reseating the screen cables
-Reseating all of the Photon cables
-Flashing my USB stick
-Replacing the USB stick
-Replacing the FEP
-Tightening the FEP
-Rain-X on the FEP
-Releveling dozens of times
-Lightly sanding my bed (before the noted observation above)
-Flashing firmware (currently using v .19)
-Changing from Photon Slicer to Chitubox x64 v1.5
-Changing and repairing models
-Switched resin from Elegoo Grey to Photon Grey
-Filtering the resin to get out any particles
