Just an FYI for anybody that uses custom support settings: Make sure you export your settings to a file prior to updating to the latest version. I've found that the upgrade wiped out my settings, and I've now had it randomly change settings on me 4 times as I work with it, and manually changing the settings hasn't worked to fix it, but re-importing the settings works fine every time.
