Hey everyone, asking for some help here with the test print. Not really seen this kind of error before.
My first attempt printed about a third of the way, then a few layers stuck to the FEP rather than the model so I had to restart.
Relevelled the plate, tightened the FEP a bit to 330hz as it was about 200hz, installed firmware 4.2.18 and it seemed to be working fine until obviously as you can see in the photos there was another error while printing.
Did the UV test after without turning it off and this was displayed(excuse paper towel to catch any drips), which looks to be the reason for the error; the UV light got 'stuck' on that half, but I'm not sure why that would be the case. I restarted the printer and it's displaying the UV test as normal.
I was using the USB that comes with it and the default test file on it. I've heard there are issues with the USB, but it printed fine for most of it so I'm not sure that's the issue. I've ordered a new one anyway in case.
I did have to install a new motherboard after the first one didn't work, so perhaps the cable for the UV light is loose/not plugged in correctly? It seemed quite firmly 'in' but I could reseat it.
On a slightly related note, which is the latest 'stable' firmware? I chose 4.2.18 because it has AA, but there's several versions after I've not heard much about. Could it possibly be due to firmware error?
Thanks in advance
