Yet another, "why didn't this print good" post
.. I've been printing just fine for a few weeks now until I accidentally dropped the build plate on the resin tray and had to replace the FEP. I've tried to print a couple times with a new fep (using different resin using the recommended settings from the Google doc) and the prints turn out deformed, incomplete, and just a mess. My theories are 1) just need to relevel and set Z0; 2) fep was installed incorrectly - too tight perhaps; or 3) could it be temperature related? I print in my attached garage and it was around 45°. Any thoughts, suggestions or similar experiences? Much appreciated..
UPDATE
: And we're up and running. I leveled it twice and I'm keeping an eye on the temperature. Thanks for all your suggestions. This group is amazing!
