So what settings are people using for the AnyCubic clear resin? I tried using the second settings from the Anycubic Photon Best Resin Settings sheet (100 second base exposure, 8 base layers, 8 second layer exposure, .025 layer height, room in mid 70s temp) and I got some really bad results.

Lots of globs of cured resin that I'm sure happened from the UV shining through the resin and curing extra resin. The globs were especially bad in areas where there were lots of supports like on the bottom of the bases on the miniatures, and in other areas with undercuts. All in places where the resin wouldn't flow off a shelf well and tend to have the same bit of resin staying in a spot for a long period of time.

All my minis are now weeble wobbles as the bottoms of the bases are domed with a mound of cured resin on them. Granted the bottoms are easily fixed, but the other areas are not as easily repaired, Also lots of yellowing of the resin. Obviously from too long exposure times. I also had to result to using a metal razor blade to remove them from the build plate. The plastic razor blades I've been using, just couldn't get under them.

These were the least aggressive settings listed. Obviously I need to go with shorter times. Also in the document it lists off times, but in Chitubox I don't see off time, just Light-off Delay and Bottom Light-off Delay. Are those the same as off-time? Reading the Chitubox documentation I couldn't figure out if these were the same

Unfortunately my cell phone also died last night just before my last print finished, so I don't have pictures to show. I went pretty heavy on the supports under the bases, so I imagine I can resolve some of that by reducing the number of supports on the bottoms of the bases, but I'm sure it's not going to solve it completely as there are areas without lots of supports with the issue.

Obviously I can experiment, but I'd like to see if anyone has a better starting point as those settings aren't even close, and they were the least aggressive of the three sets.

Are there any guides on the best way to tear down and clean out the printer after a resin spill? I just discovered that one of my kids tipped my printer backwards with a freshly filled vat of resin in it spilling resin out, which leaked down into the printer and out the bottom. Grrr, sometimes kids just are willfully ignorant when you tell them to leave something alone and stay away from something potentially dangerous.

I don't know how much resin is in the inner works, but thankfully I didn't have a print in progress so it didn't cure inside of it. I had a failed print yesterday due to my model's supports getting elevated above the build plate about half a mm in Chitubox. Only a single support base was touching the plate. Not sure how that happened, but I had just finished redoing the supports as some were above and some where below the build plate and was just going down to restart the print.

I'm sure I can tear it down, I'm a pretty mechanically inclined type, just wanting to know if there are any potential pitfalls in taking it apart.
