Hi
I have run an exposure test for siraya tenacious. My settings for #1 print were 0.05, 3s, 6 layers 50s. I have found the the bottom layers have good strength but the normal layers are not fully cured and could be torn easily.
I have tried to change my settings by making the normal exposure 6 sec but the print was flat as shown in photo #2 and some parts were stick to the feb.
My printer is photon S.
Any suggestions!

Hey everyone
I have printed a three-parts mold using photon S and siraya blu resin but these 3 parts did not fit! The slicer was chitubox and the printing setting was according to siraya.
I have printed the same parts with a FDM printer and their fitness was acceptable!
Is it normal that resin printers are not accurate in printing parts that must fit to each other?
Any suggestions?

Hello,
I’m new to Anycubic. I have photon S and it produce non accurate results. I have tried to print a two parts complex mold with Anet A6 FDM printer and the same object was printed with photon S. I have found the I can completely close the two parts of the mold with no gap or interferences with the FDM printer while for photon S there is a gap an incomplete contact of the opposing surfaces!
Any suggestions!
