after lengthy troubleshooting due to the printer not recognizing the USB, I found that the USB stick contained a file that needed to be sliced and saved as a *.pws file. I also determined that the firmware did not recognize this file type until AFTER I updated the firmware on the printer. I am not sure why this isn’t clearly explained in the manual i downloaded online. It appears to be working great now.

my new photon S isn’t recognizing USB drives, i checked the cord at the main board and another USB. Nothing is showing up in the file list on the LCD. Any advice? I sent an email to anycubic support.
