Anybody else having a hard time getting any response from Anycubic support? My LCD screen is failing the detection test (whole screen lights up). I put in a ticket and stated that I had already tried updating the firmware and re-seating the connector. The response I got was to update the firmware and re-seat the connector! I replied back to them stating I had already done that but I did it again and the screen still fails. That was about 10 days ago and have heard nothing since despite asking for a response 3 times!

Hey Scott. I also had a service ticket open plus I ordered a new LCD screen. I just received contacted in the last couple days. The person from anycubic said that they apologized for the delay but they aren't able to have as many people working to make the products so there is a shortage.

Kathy Oettle thanks. I assumed something like that but one would think they would put at least some kind of notice on the website. I just went ahead and ordered a new screen. Hopefully it won't take too long to get. I'm having printer withdrawals!!!

I kind of thought something like this might happen and it’s understandable but a little more communication would’ve been nice.
