The z axis doesnt move and fan doesnt work but touch display and navigation is working. Before it stopped working got a error message for replugging the usb. Now it act like dead

Motherboard. Mine came in and my Z axis was not working. A replacement motherboard took care of the issue.

They will ask you to update the firmware then try something else. Then send you a photon s motherboard and new fans.
That’s what they did for me a few weeks ago

Great. Maybe we should all do that, corrupt the eeprom then claim a new mainboard. Then fix the eeprom and have a free spare mainboard. Coolio, that'll teach them.
