Yesterday I installed the z axis dual rail and today replaced the fep and tuned it.
I’ve got a print on the go right now and the machine sounds different and I can’t hear the twang of the print coming away from the fep.
Questioning if I’ve done it right or is it normal.
Very anxious waiting. Lol

Success! However, weird thing, the supports on the back of the cape popped but don't appear broken. The islands that are there definitely printed, and there are no weird distortions as if it printed, broke off, then adhered to the model later. Definitely not complaining about the print, but always curious on improving.

Photographing this white resin is a pain! Haha

Okay guys, bit of a weird one for you guys. I have 3 Photons, two of which I got about a year or so ago and having been chugging along nicely(Henceforth Photon A and Photon B), and back in September I picked up a 3rd one(henceforth Photon C). Now this 3rd one has been giving me some trouble. Luckily it’s an OG Photon and not a Fauxton(far as I can tell, prints my regular files at least) but more importantly it’s been printing the rafts for the supports much thicker and my other Photons and I’m wondering if it might be some kind of firmware issue? C is running a different version than either A or B;

Photon A: 4.2.1
Photon B: 4.2.3
Photon C: 4.2.12

Seems weird that C would be the one to have Problems considering A has and older firmware and B has newer. Never changed or updated the Firmware on any of them once I got them. Am I barking up the wrong tree here?

Hi, forst time trying to print a larger piece on my photon. Just got these issues *
Kthey never happened to me before). I am using anycubic green resin with 0.05 mm layer and 10 s curing.
The first picture shows a shift/curvature in th Z axis during printing and it seems to match with the moment I pause to refill resin. Any ideas on the reason and fix? I leveled the bed juust before.
Second picture shows the base (first layers afer the supports, its bended and look like its mossing material.
Third picture shows resin acumulation on flat surface where the support finished.

I know I could print it in the other direction but I would need to split the part in two as it is two large and I would prefer not to.
