Has anyone who bought their photon on amazon received a message saying that if you contact anycubic you can get a free bottle of resin?

I bought mine months ago and it seems a little odd to be getting a message now.

I was going to report the message, but didn't want to do myself out of a free bottle of resin if it was legit ?

Wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I use .photon files sliced in Chitubox with my Photon S (latest firmware) so that I can use Photon File Validator. When the Photon S is printing these files, it takes longer than Chitubox says it should. And the lcd displays the current layer for waaaaay longer than the 7 sec exposure setting I am using. What am I doing wrong?

10 bottom layers @60 sec then 20 sec exposure time. Obviously a disaster. What could it be? Nothing was on the bed. The smashed cube was sticking to the vat. I do not believe it is a leveling and calibration error because it worked before though not perfectly. And yes, it was cold last night

Does anyone know of an stl for a Kasatha gunslinger or fantasy based kasatha in general? I've found ones for starfinder but I am playing pathfinder and need a mini. I love the way this genestealer cultist looks but it is missing an arm and not an stl. These are some reference photos. Any help would be great!

I want to apply Kapton tape or a gasket to my screen. I haven’t used the printer yet. It there a way to activate the screen light so I don’t tape over the exposure area?

So.... photon file validator, how do i run the program? I have downloaded and clicked on all the files.... i cant figure out how to make it work, what am i missing?

Hey guys, just looking to see what is causing this support issue on Chitubox. The left support is missing the bottom portion where it widens out, unlike the one on the right. Is there a setting for correcting this?
