got one of these from a supplier swapped it into my photon, small object print ok bu anything larger that presses down on the screen I am getting flaking on layers I tried doing a test print om a larger print that covers more are of the screen and I start getting repeat issues with flaking..
When I try using my old LCD with light showing through on it my print comes out just get some resin cured on the bottom of vat..

I removed the new screen and inspected it and suddenly saw that the one I got the supposed tempered glass is nothing more then flimsy bit of plastic even slightly pressing on it bows it and the LCD under it..

When even slight pressure in center bows down the screen from the print bed.

Hi ! (I'm a beginner) when I try to print an objet from Chitubox software the bottom of the object is printed on the film and there's nothing on the metallic platform ! Does anybody has faced this issue ? I was thinking maybe it's an issue with the levelling O reference.. Thanks for your help !

Looking at monocure fep packs now. 100 vs 200 micron thickness. Any benefits to either?
100 is out of stock but curios if they're better, worse of the same.

Quick question:

LCD died. Amazon has the elegoo screen on for a lot less than the anycubic one.

Are they interchangeable?

More failures and frustration. At least this time the failure is slightly different.

New USB Stick - original had some sort of fault / error in it.

Started Printing again to see if that was the issue. And the prints are stopping mid-print again - but in a different fashion.

Whereas before the print would fail, and the plate would stay down, and the screen would be back to main menu -
Now the plate will come up (as if the model is done printing) while the screen still shows print in progress. (96% in one print which had 5 successes and 3 failures now), and one print that stopped 55% through.

What do I check next?

What soundwave analyser apps, for tightening the FEP, does people here use? I am using 'sound spectrum analyser', but it confuses me a bit with a lot of waves, not knowing which to look at..

Detaching supports.
Having a reoccurring issue with some (not all) supports detaching during printing. Using medium sized supports. They always seem to be in the middle of the build plate. New FEP, new screen (old one burnt out) and freshly leveled each time. Running two Photon S machines. Happening on both. Updated both to latest firmware, is that a possibility?
Running the machines in my garage and temperature is starting to drop a little, another factor?
Thanks in advance for any advice!
