Hey guys,

I'm getting a bit frustrated printing that model on my photon S.

I've tried different orientations and even AA(which definetively destroys all the detail). The main question is, being the object that small, will I ever get a higher level of detail? Or what I'm obtaining is the maximum quality I could get in such a tiny object?

How does everyone go about leveling their print beds? The method I've been using for the last year isn't working anymore (not because of resin getting in bed ball joint). I am having trouble getting my new printer level as well.

Question for you guys. I've been reading up on here and applying as much as I can to get successful prints. I've leveled and leveled and leveled again. When I change out my fep sheet, I get about 5 good prints out of it then I can not for the life of me get one successful after that. It always sticks to the build plate but fails and sticks to the fep after a bit. I re level check tension, clean everything up, still no dice. I change the fep out, Works great for 4 to 5 more prints then same thing. I'm using elegoo black, didn't have this issue with gray on my first liter of resin. I've went through at least 4 fep sheets in the last month. Even tried the non fep sheets. Tried different exposures, different bottom exposures, lcd test looks good. I just tried printing something 5 times and it failed every time. Replaced fep, prints great lol. Any ideas? 80 second bottom exposure with 8 layers, 12sec normal. Was at 15 and had the same issue. Thanks in advance
