First failed print tonight... Well technically the print is amazing, just didn't finish. Wanted to print something decently sized out of solid resin, to get a feel for the weight and whatnot.

Turned out that I should have filled the vat way more, or at least kept an eye on it because even if there's still resin in the vat, it pulls it from the middle and the sides don't really go to fill in the centre after a while. Decided to just cancel the print instead of belatedly filling the vat.

Oh well, aside from the support burrs and that weird deformation on eevee's head it turned out really well... Definitely gonna figure out model hollowing in the future though lol.

Oh dear. Here's a newbie mistake to watch for. I set my build plate using the Flint-Reed method. I also raised the bed 0.3mm as shown in one video that I watched.

I then set my layer level to 0.2mm which means that the cured resin never attached to the build plate.

When I get home tonight I'll readjust the settings and see how things run from there.
