When supporting in Prusa then returning to slice in Chitu I am finding the file size/model is too large to actually open in Chitu. Any advice please?

Evening ladies and gents :-)

Got a bit of a problem. Yesterday did a 12 hour print no problem, today I changed the fie (some items the same as yesterday) and three/four layers in the printer turned itself off and then back on again. Obviously the printing had stopped. Tried it again after cleaning the bed ad checking the resin bath and the same thing happened. Asking here for any advice before doing anymore to the machine.

HELP!
TL;DR I'm getting weird rogue artifacts when I try and print small things, but RERF prints work just fine.
Printer: Photon S Resin: Siraya Tech Fast (White) Settings: (Below)
I did a RERF test print (the Ameralabs Town by nipunawg on Thingiverse) and found an exposure that worked well.
Then when I tried to print a small chair (1:96 / 1/8"=1' scale) I get unknown prints along the Y-axis. (photo below)
I ran my file through Photon File Validator, and nothing was off. I included a photo from Chitubox to show my supports.
I thought it might be USB or hardware issues but my RERF prints do just fine. I have tried printing in .photon and .photons and both give the same result.
Any help would be appreciated! 翻譯年糕

I am looking for a uk based 3d designer who can create model train bodyshells, working from either smaller parts as a visual reference to upscale them and also working from photographs, preferably based in the uk case I need to post parts out to work from.

4 prints in a row failed, leveled the bed each time, i have prints only on the corners, on the last print the raft was thinner in the center (and everything failed), so i guess i have to change my FEp, since i can't thight it anymore, and it has somes marks (i can feel them with my finger, that's not only cloudish), what should i look for on amazon?

If there's no hole you don't need to change the FEP. It can get pretty darn cloudy and marked before needing a change. What are your exposure settings? It sounds like your base layers might be too low

Here we can see the thinner raft in the center, i had all my raft printer, and most of it attached to the bed, but the supports failed on different levels, i don't really understand what's happening tbh

The thin part is because there is not enough time on large prints for the resin to flow from the edges to the center when the bed raises. You can try increasing the raise distance or give it a pause and temperature plays a role here.

getting issues with additional uncured layer - maybe

it looks like layer of boiled milk :)
before i changed fep, switched from anycubic black to anycubic grey, run xp finder file and now facing this
0.01/11 sec, 10 base layers/90 sec
have been running on those parameters before

maybe some artifacts on usb stick? maybe from xp finder?
