In Prusa slicer after auto-generating support points, the supports are below the pad as in the attached photo. So when I export as stl file with supports to Photon slicer I have a problem with first some slices on platform. Could you help where is the problem?

I've had some frame shearing off and on and wondering if anyone know of things that can cause it. I've heard corrupt usb, which I've already replaced. Firmware is up to date v5.0.2. My last print turned out great, but the frame shearing debris is getting on my fep and I hate having to excessively clean it. Could an aging lcd be the cause? Is there anything I can check?

Sorry if this is a newb-ish question, is there a good software to take a model that is too large for the photon and chop it up to printable sizes? there are so many cool models I want to print that are way too big.

I tightened up the z rail mounting screws and I adjusted the eccentric nut for the roller assembly. I still have a bit of z wobble... Any ideas what it could still be? Would a stepper dampener or something like that help?

If my model is flat, solid and few millimeters high, can I print it flat on the build plate? 0.04 layer. I printed it before under the angle of 40.25 deg but it takes a lot of post-procesing of supports.

Anycubic white resin. Woke up to the bottom tray covered in basically a pudding skin on top of the resin. When peeled off, it would re harden again to a skin on top. What's the cause of this? I'm getting pissed off that I went though most of a bottle of resin and had no successful prints so far.
