When it rains it pours I guess?

Just put in a new LCD and new FEP for my Original Photon and I'm getting cured resin on the FEP after a print, the weirdest part is that these seem to have zero relation to what I'm actually printing, they just show up strewn across the FEP as seen in the first pic. I would deal with this to some degree if my prints were also coming out like hot blurry garbage as per the second pic with the Good version of the right and blurry garbage on the left.

Running 4.2.18 and currently doing a "dry run" print to see if I can spot the exposure for these weird "islands" but they're so damn thin they must be o ly a few layers if that. The print quality might be linked to the new FEP, gonna drain the vat and recheck the tuning but still seems a little extreme.

Any ideas?

Hey. I'm planning on printing these d&d condition tokens on my photon. Could I print them flat on the base or should I still use supports?

Ok all cured and put together 28mm mini. What can I do to improve the print? Was printed at .05 height 50s base and 8s layers.

It turns out resin tastes like the chemical equivalent of a butt hole. Ugh.

I sliced on chitubox. What type of file do I change it to to print on my Photon? Tried a couple different file types and it’s not working. Slicing over and over again to save is a pain.

First print finished parts curing. I have to say I love this photon. Bed leveling a snap, prints super nice, not much I can say bad. Really enjoying my new printer.

Hi, Guys, sorry to ask, but is there anyone here who doesn't have separated room for 3d resin printing, especially if there's no closed room to be free from uv light from external source (sun etc)? What do you do about this? Will covering the printer with something black or with a big space box do the trick?

Also about the resin fume, would it by installing internal printer exhaust and direct it to the outside window do take care this problem?

So my last print ended up like this. No idea why, of course, so if people have any ideas, please let me know. The print before was fine, but it wasn't printing on that part of the plate, so who knows. It's odd that the raft bit stuck, but then the supports just... faded? Dunno.
