Been having a few errors the past few days and unsure why. Printed a set of raven skulls, one worked fine, the other slightly smaller ended up failing. This occured twice with two different resins.

I've checked all setting and so forth, even checked the screen, and have seen nothing wrong. Thoughts?

Used white Anycubic resin. Hand painted with oil based paint markers. I think he came out really cute! He’s for my son’s backpack.

Update: thanks guys! 12min later and I’m up and printing again. The reset g code file did the trick

Photon dead or salvageable?

Has worked flawlessly for over a year. Finished a print overnight, perfect, fan still running. Turned it off, then back on, then started next print (as I always do), but no fan, no movement of build plate, and just stuck at 1%. Restarting doesn’t help, but I don’t even know what else to try

Anyone seen this before? Even if it’s a total loss I still feel like I got my moneys worth on this bad boy, just hoping it’s fixable

Help? I've been printing on my photon for about six months. Never seen a failure even remotely like this. No idea what has happened. I'd show you what the original model looked like, but it bears no resemblance whatsoever to this Mountain of Madness.

Hi, I had two successful impressions, but in the last impression the machine was completely (paralyzed) and the buttons on the panel did not respond either, I had to turn it off and restart the impression, does anyone know why this happened? I attached the photo and it looks like the printer was working fine but it stopped. Thank you.

edit: theoretically fixed; went from 8 >> 10 base layers and 50 >> 70 seconds bottom exposure. Hopefully it keeps working.

does this weird delamination seem like a build plate leveling thing? i releveled my build plate once or twice and am still getting this issue consistently, usually on the same side of the plate. i tried throwing a heat pack into the printer incase it was a temperature thing from venting it outside, but that's never been an issue previously.

standard photon i've printed successfully with for a year; random mix of resin i've also been printing successfully with.

i've also recently super-cleaned the LCD, changed the FEP and scraped any gross crusted resin bits off the build plate itself.
