Hey guys, can anyone tell me their go to programs to get their final print files into a format recognized by the photon? Right now, it seems all mine will recognize are the .pws files. Kinda frustrated at the moment.

Edit: I think I found the work around by running my file through the Photon program AFTER I've added supports in Chitubox. Please let me know if there is a better way.

Next noob question. I've used Chitubox for my own file to print. Run it through the Photon validator to fix any issues, but the file is not in the .pws format so the Photon will recognize it. What step am I missing?

So having a few issues with my lcd screen. I did a test and this is what happened. I then switched it on and off and the test corrected itself. So I thought I’d print something without build plate and VAT. I watched the bottom layers go on and I could clearly see the UV coming through the shapes and the background was black. Once it finished and started on the supports the background got lighter and seemed to let light through. Any suggestions? This is the standard photon and roughly half a year old
