So this is a new one. It looks like some of it detached from the already printed section, but then it seems to have just... stopped printing since the two big tower-bois who were still "printing" when I caught the failure and stopped it just... weren't there, they weren't on the FEP and they weren't floating in the vat.

Any idea wtf happened and how I can make it not happen?

I printed out overwatch Tracy in bout 2 cm due to my error, I forgot to scale the model. The supports are so small it didn't print out but the left arm still came out fine ,weird. Photon with dual rail mod.

Anyone know where i can get a new tank and build plate? Just bought on eBay for £119 and it arrived from Hungary (but the seller said they were in London)

Seller said in the description the FEP would need replacing but there is no tank or build plate.

Also now looking at the pics there seems to be what looks like resin between the lcd and the plastic touchscreen and also seller said it has the 'Z' wobble. Its more like 'Z' on the pi$$ and when you try and move it you hear the motor turning but nothing happens.

Gonna take it a part and see what has happened and worst case it can be repairs but at least I will have a spare uv display, lcd screen, mother board and I may be able to make a UV curing chamber from the case.

But going back the the Z axis issue, if it can be fixed would the dual z axis kit help. Will upload pics soon but at the moment putting poorly baby boy to bed..

Good day to all! I want to share my new project. With the modernization of our Photon S printer, I increasingly prefer 3D printing to bring my ideas to life. After the successful appearance of the first night-lamp Croc, which is in the photo below, I decided to try to create its mini-version, which will literally fit in the palm of my hand and become a cute box for tiny things. It was printed at a 20-micron layer. The 3D model is very rich in details in all planes and has a complex terrain requiring high precision resin. And #HarzLabs Model Cherry resin copes with it wonderfully, which invariably pleases with its accuracy and beauty. In addition, it looks wonderful as a material for luminous elements, this can be seen in the photographs of the big Croc, and soon you can look at this effect on the small crystals of micro-Croc when it is ready. In the meantime, here are a few of his photographs immediately after printing and removal from the supports. How often do people empty their vat? I changed my FEP about a week ago now and have done roughly 10-15 prints and the last 1 failed. So I pulled the vat out to find a small amount of resin on the screen. Could this have happened due to the FEP being too tight? Or should I clear the vat after every print?
