Exposure time going from 0.05mm to 0.1mm with a cheap grey resin like Fast or Anycubic grey?

I usually am at 12s at 0.05 but would like to do some rough runs at 0.1. Printer is a Fauxton.

Ok, getting frustrated. My Test print was perfect, my next print of a tiny keyboard replacement key, also perfect. Everything since has been failing pretty steady, with the one good print in the middle of it all out of no where. Last night I re-Leveled, and changed some settings and printed two small tiles to verify settings were good and it was perfect, ran a big print next, woke up this morning and it didn't even stick to the plate. So I'm at a loss as where to even start to trouble shoot. Using Elegoo Grey - .02 Lvl - 5 Starting Layers at 55 sec, rest of the layers at 12 sec.

Thoughts, suggestions?
