Anyone know what is happening to me in chitubox?

I have been following the method of placing supports in chitu, slicing and checking through the validator. I don't recall having a problem before. I fix any errors I can and then save the file so I can open it in chitu again and support any islands I missed. But now I am getting this. I have printed these models before, there are no unsupported islands, but if I run it back through chitu it suddenlt has hundreds of single pixels everywhere.....makes checking for actual islands rather difficult.

Had some frame shearing on my printer running 4.2.17. it was suggested to up the firmware to 4.2.18. after some googling I found it suggested I use the epax x1 4.2.18 update on my photon.

There is an epax 4.2.22 update available that further fixes frame shearing. Is the epax board the same as the photon? Is it safe to use epax x1 firmware and is it worth doing the .22

Well, my fan inside the print chamber is definitely dying. I thought it was just unbalanced or dirty, but nope, not so easy.

Trying to print a file and getting error M 11800
Tried 3 USB keys formatted to fat32
Repeated USB cable on the motherboard.
Tried 4 times and it fails at random layers.
Trying print from same USB key that worked before and so far it’s ok but still few hours to go to be sure

Could it just be a corrupted file?

Hello All. I’ve got a photon S and use it at work for printing parts, typically prototype fittings, and I’m wondering if there are any recommendations for engineering grade resins that work in this printer. I’ve used mainly the standard anycubic resin.
