So I not new in photon printing and I know the way to angle prints in 45* do get it better... and the Print is still good but not the Lines , you really feel them and all 2 cm? What is it? Fep is good and still new!

So I tend to get pretty good results out of the Photon slicer, but everything I have ever tried out of Chitubox has come out a mess, I'm wondering if some of my settings are borked?

At the risk of sounding stupid...

When releveling the build plate, we use a piece of paper to achieve level, as well as establish an offset from the LCD. This becomes Z=0. Has anyone seen what that dimensional offset is supposed to be? That is, a piece of paper mics to about .1mm (with mic squish it's a little less, and naturally there's some variability in paper thickness). And I'm assuming Anycubic chose that as paper is ubiquitous worldwide, not everyone has feeler gauges. So, is .1 mm intended to be the offset from the LCD, and therefore Z=0?

Does anyone have a really lound screeching noise from the Z axis? Its absolutely terrible, sounds like a firealarm when it moves in certain areas. Its only 2 weeks old and ive done less than 20 hours worth of printing.

I know The question are going to come: there is no resin on The z axis. Its not dropped or forcefully twisted

It's been a whole week and I finally got some prints to come out. If it wasn't one thing it was another. I could identify what the problem was each time, but I used up my whole 500ml bottle of green with nothing but coral, pancakes, and half suspended blobs. I'm a modeler/painter first and a maker second so I'm really hyped about expanding my repertoire.
