I posted a little while ago about receiving an email offering me some free resin from anycubic (via amazon) if I left a review.

I wasn't sure how legit it was, but I received my resin and the amazon refund yesterday - so it is legit.

Just in case anyone else wasn't sure...

There was no request for a positive review in return for the resin.

How long does it take for Anycubic to ship out resin? I made an order over a week ago but it still hasn't been shipped? How long does it take for Anycubic to ship out resin? I made an order over a week ago but it still hasn't been shipped? 翻譯年糕

Would acetone be ok to clean a completed print?

After a little scary start ... my test print came out looking pretty good. Since it’s my first time ever doing any type of 3D print I can’t make any comparisons. It all printed and it came off the build plate in one piece. That’s a plus for me.

The test print is probably optimized to get your hopes up. Their plan worked. ? Now to learn more and try some different projects.

Is there anyone in the group who makes resin jewelry. Not for casting ... but the resin piece is the actual jewelry piece? I will search the posts, but if anyone has any member names to share I would appreciate it.

My first couple attempts at 3d printing with my photon. The one on the lert looks pretty good other than the fact that it's missing an arm. The one on the right is missing a leg and part of the arm on the same side. Could it be a support issue? Or should i try leveling it again?

Hello! Not new to 3D printing at all, but new to resin printing. Trying to print a very thin (0.025”) model and I’m getting holes in random places every single time.

Any idea what’s causing this? Bubbles maybe? I’ve tried slowing down the speed, increasing the exposure time, cleaning the vat and screen, and I’m filtering the resin between prints.

Hey everyone! I’m new to the group and also very new to 3D printing! I just got a Photon in the mail yesterday and set it up last night. I had the Photon run the sample file overnight and it looks like nothing actually printed, but there was some resin cured at the bottom of the vat. I just tried running it again with the same results... none of the resin seems to be curing to the platform at all and I have no idea why this could be happening. Has this happened to anyone else?? Thanks so much!

Starting to model (support and slice) minis for my photo (yet to arrive). On scale, I was confused about scale, and think these will turn out too large... the bases are about 2.3 squares wide, and I didn't realize the squares are 1/2 inch.

I get that you can't see the islands and such, but how does my angles look? Any tips? Also, I ordered elegoo gray resin, so what should I be using for settings? I tried looking in the files and such, but couldn't figure out what I was looking at... Thanks
