"Photon-S" firmware update V5.0.2

At the moment i have V2.9.9 and working with chitubox. Does it worth updating or i risk to loose chitubox compatibility ??

Printing my first, a Hero Forge custom mini.
Couldn't read the supplied USB. Couldn't update the firmware from 2.9.9. Couldn't read an *.stl. Fumbled my way through Blender, Photon Workshop 2.1.19 RC1, and finally Chitubox to get a sliced *.photon file my machine would read.

I have no idea what I'm doing, but wanted a proof of concept to see if the thing works.

Then I'll study the posts on this group like I'm trying to pass the bar and scale the learning curve with spiked boots.

I'm having trouble getting the part to stick to the build plate. I just re-leveled because previous prints 1) had trouble sticking to the plate and 2) had a very obvious raft that was much thicker on one side than the other. After re-leveling, the first print thereafter was successful. The second, a different file was not. It seems like the part got stuck to the FEP/wasn't firmly attached to the build plate fairly early in the build. It seems like the raft is more or less equivalent in thickness. What might be the cause?

For reference, I'm printing in a room at about 70F using Eelego ABS-like grey with the attached settings.

HELP "photon-S" users .The XP Finder test can not be used on "photon-S" because "S"version does not read the gcode files of this test :( .

What the best test to find resin settings on "S" ??

(Ameralabs takes too long and not easy for me to "read")

A strange little job this time. Control knobs for an electric guitar.

Update:- OK. A bit of context and background.

Someone asked me if I could print off a set of guitar knobs for a vintage electric guitar that they are restoring.

I started trying these out in Elegoo Transparent but couldn't get the settings dialled in. Having had previous success with Anycubic Clear Resin I decided to go back and do the print with that. Here is the result.

Time now for the clean-up, curing and then see how they function when fitted to the guitar.

Hi Guys, I try to print some parts for my modeltrains. I noticed that the last print isn't as 'solid' as it should be. When I take a closer look to the layer viewer, i noticed some triangle shaped 'holes' in it. On the picture, you see the upper and lower part is the most solid, but the 2 parts in the middle has some triangle shape through it although the 4 parts are exactly the same. Because of that, my parts are missing some material on some layers. Somebody has tips to avoid this? I draw in Sketchup, and use the anycubic photon slicer to slice the file for the printer. Thanks in advance.
