Actually I’m have an afinibot A9L or Cr-8, (are the same model?) anyway, in this incredible community who can install a filament sensor direct to main board, (offline function) or it’s important this sensors use a direct usb connection to pc?
probably already you talk about this, but my Chinese it’s null!

You have to modify the firmware. Actually, the filament sensor is a endstop sensor. You have to connect the filament sensor to your motherboard not USB port. As I know, the Creality 3D does not release the firmware to anyone.
