Anycubic Translucent Red

It comes out red and clear which I like and I used hot water to get supports off, used the washing and curing station to wash and cure and a small razor to shave down the bumps I’m just curious if anyone has any tips for models like these where you can either;

A. set up supports so they don’t leave marks
Or
B. Method to remove the divits without messing up the finish
Or
C. Any other methods by which to have an easier post part.

I used prusa slicer for optimizes orient and auto supports and manually added my own where need and sliced with the photon slicer.

Any tips or tricks will, I know a lot from research and the forums but obviously not everything.

I feel like I did an okay job removing the divots but you can see the scrape marks.

I’m aware there’s just no getting around the support removal sometimes but the forum knows best!

Hi all! I have had my photon up and running for a day. This is my second print. First was the photon cube. Would love any feed back if I can improve on this cause I am already pretty happy with the result. .03 layer height. 10 second exposure. And a bunch of other numbers I barely understand. Anyone point me to a good prusa slicer support vid for minis?

In Prusa slicer after auto-generating support points, the supports are below the pad as in the attached photo. So when I export as stl file with supports to Photon slicer I have a problem with first some slices on platform. Could you help where is the problem?

So here's my process, can you tell me if I'm on the right path? Prepare model in Fusion 360 with minor tweaks (models from HeroForge or other places) save as STL. Open in PrusaSlice, auto orient so faces are up. Auto support at 75%. Export w/ supports. Open in ChitUBox and slice. Open in Photon File Validator, fix any issues, if island to big go back to PrusaSlice and adjust as needed. GoTo 3, if not GoTo 5. Put .photon file on good USB and plug into Photon. Print. WAAAIIIITTTT Detach plate, scrape off printed object into ultrasonic jewelry cleaner filled with IPA and set for 3 minutes, Run HOT water over printed object and remove supports. LIGHTLY sand leftover support bumps Place under UV light and rotating stand for 5 minutes (+/- depending on size) Finish (paint if needed, varnish, whatever) Collect Underpants

I've downloaded prusa slicer but now what? It looks like it preset with all the prusa slicer printers but I have a photon.
I mostly want to use it for the auto orientate function.

these are my support settings for the prusa slicer. i only use the slicer to add supports then export the stl with supports. this is for miniatures that are for printing directly on the build plate. they are ultra thin and leave hardly any marks and easy to remove. i gave the settings as pics so you know what you need to change. rather then just import my config file. hope this helps some of you. this is a tried and tested and works. i use auto then i clean them up manually.

Hollowing / Solid meshes.

I have a model that apparently is already hollow, but it's super thin so i'm concerned it won't print correctly. any way on how to fill it in so I can then re-hollow using mesh mixxer before putting into Prusa.. Can you hollow in Prusa?

All of these were printed using PrusaSlicer Orientation. The part of the base that was pointed down is flattened on each of these printed at different times. Thoughts?

I heard that Prusaslicer is the best for autosupports (please correct me if I’m wrong). Does anyone happen to know the settings for the photon? I’m not sure if my support settings are good enough, the seem to leave damage (unless someone was a good setting for supports on chitubox). Any help would be fantastic!
