Question for those of you who SELL prints. I sell prints at a small scale and right now have 2 printers with 2 more on the way. My question is how many printers do you run? I'm finding quickly that 2 just isn't enough to keep up with orders. The other side is the cleaning and curing time. Simple Green is leaving a nasty sticky residue, even in an ultrasonic cleaner, so I'm forced to hand scrub each print with IPA and a toothbrush, very labor/time intensive. Just looking for a little guidance from some of you with bigger scale operations. Help is appreciated and like always, if you don't have something helpful/constructive to say, please scroll on past. I usually use nitrile gloves, but I found several boxes of vinyl at the salvage store. They're great for painting and various dirty jobs. Is there any reason I shouldn't use them for resin and/or IPA?

Ok, so, set up and first print went brilliantly. Realised I didn't have some IPA, and living in rural Saskatchewan it's not easy to find so I had to settle for rubbing alcohol ( ultrasonic cleaner is on order now). Anyway it cleaned up ok and is now curing under my UV lamp. Super happy with my purchase.

Hello friends. I'm from Mexico and currently looking for IPA alternatives. I know a lot of us already did the transition from IPA to cleaners like Mean green, but here that product does not exists, so I'm asking if anyone has tried any local cleaner with similar results. Thanks.

Getting super frustrated by this. Gone through ~250ml and really only have one print I can say was good. Any ideas? I'm using Anycubic Translucent Green. I'm using the settings from the Google doc for, but I have supports that crash, or models that never stick to the plate? Not sure what all the white stuff on the prints are after I clean them? I'm assuming its the IPA (91%). I did the Flint Read method which at least got them to sorta stick to the plate. I printed the sample files and you can see it broke apart, sections where stuck to the bottom of the vat.
