I realize in retrospect that I should have taped around my lcd screen, but I did not do that. Resin leaked under. I needed to replace the lcd anyway but resin also leaked onto the glass plate that goes over the lamp. Has anyone replaced that before? Can I order the parts from Anycubic? I emailed them, but I thought you guys might have some insight.

Figured I would post this here since it's kind of stumped me a little bit. I started getting random layers every 50 layers or so. Sat and watched the screen is it printed a file and sure enough every so often I would get an exposure like you see in the picture. Since I've never had any experience with these LCD screens dying I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I guess I kind of thought they would just get a hole burned through them and blocks wouldn't work anymore. Seems strange that it would only happen every so often. Either way I replaced the screen last night and now I'm back to running perfectly again. The third picture is the same file printed on the old LCD vs printed with the new LCD screen. Seems like that was the problem. All of the connection seem nice and tight when I took the old LCD screen out so I don't think anything was loose and causing it. Had my printer since mid Dec so only a little over 3 months old. If anyone is interested this is the LCD screen that I replaced it with from Amazon.

Looking for some cool support column/pillars to print on my resin printer for my miniature display case and use in game. The case only has three glass shelves and I want to print some fantasy/sci-fi pillars to hold up a sheet of plexiglass or another piece of glass on each glass shelf. Yes, I know I can buy the glass and the hanger clips but I’d rather spice it up. Any cool files floating around? I stopped unpacking minis when I realized the 3 shelves wouldn’t be enough haha.

Is this a direct replacement for the Photon ??? I see people say it is but there are also comments otherwise.

Hi guys, i need your help.
I need some caps for little glassbottles and would like to print this caps with my photon s, but i cant found a stl.
I tried to draw some with fusion 360 but wasnt sucessfull.
Could anyone draw such caps for me?
The caps have not to seal up the bottles, they are only for decoration.
The caps should look approximately like the ones on the pic.

Safety Question: The UV lights that we use to cure the resin... while it's obvious you don't want to stare at it, should I be wearing sunglasses?

Is the Original Photon LCD directly compatible with the Photon S?

Asking as I got a Photon S which I could not make to print with a sharp details as my modified Photon does(Photon with added uv matrix from the S).
The printers have literally identical components, the difference is only the mother board, and one of the steps in tuning my Photon S was to add the the LCD from the original Photon which has thinner protective glass(0.7mm instead of 1.2mm).

When I installed the LCD everything seems to work well and printing fine, but don't have other idea what could be wrong, so could the LCD not be properly compatible at sub pixel level?

Hi guys, I noticed that there are black spots on my screen. Was that dead pixels or stain on the underside of the glass?

Does anyone knows the LCD display tempered glass thickness for OG Photon and S models?

I recall to have read somewhere those are 0.6mm for the OG Photon tempered glass and 1.2mm for the one in the S but no idea if that´s correct though.
