I have something strange going on with one of my photon s printers, sometimes the uv test rectangles are showing on the lcd and other times the lcd just stays black, I have changed the lcd since this problem started and it’s still doing the same thing, any ideas as to what it could be?.

Has anyone had parts shipped direct from anycubic lately? The shipping window of a replacement LCD on amazon is April- May (due to replacement of non essential stuff change). Was wondering if anycubic direct has been any better.

Storytime (optional): Had holes appearing in prints and there was no resin on the glass underneath, so I replaced the LCD. My replacement didn't come with a gasket like my previous replacement did. First print turned out great. Second print frame sheared and then my brand new LCD stuck to the vat and ripped out. (I had heat tape down, but it I guess a corner came off and stuck to the FEP).

so RIP to printing for however long.

When I replaced my lcd screen, it seems there was a "cover" on the old one. I assume this is to protect the lcd screen.

Is there anywhere to order this cover?

Hey all, changed the LCD on my photon the other day and now touch screen has stopped working. I think it's just the ribbon cable- anyone know what I should be searching for for a replacement?

so i need to replace the plexiglass that was between the lcd and the light it mesures just around 4mm i have some plexiglass at home that is like 5mm is that going to be a problem of do i need to get custom plexiglass

So i had resin leak and it went through the cracks, i have removed the lcd screen but this bottom screen looks like it may be broke or just has cured resin on it, it also seems like there is a secondary this screen that i could peel off im not sure if it was supposed to be part of the lcd or what

What do you guys think? Dead pixels, or resin under the screen. I whipped Down the top of the lcd screen just to be sure it wasn’t anything sticking to the top of it.

Is there a ‘right way’ of putting the lcd screen onto the motherboard? I’ve just changed my motherboard. Pretty sure I put it in right (pushed the screen cable in and felt it ‘click’ anyway I turn it on and do a screen test and this happens. I then update it and try the screen test again and it has no effect
