Question. Has anyone ordered from the anycubic website (FEP and LCD) and not received any notification of shipment, nor any reply to emails? I’m curious if I’m missing something here... are they normally slow to ship and respond? For reference, I ordered two weeks ago, exactly. Emailed them a week ago.

Side note-is there a better place to order replacement FEPs and an LCD screen for the normal Photon? I’d love to get my machine back up and running.

Ok can someone help me? My uv led chip went out, I replaced that. My 2k lcd screen wasn’t working I replaced that. Now when I run a Uv detection test it looks like it is masking opposite of what it is supposed to... like it should be black with a blue square not blue with a black square... right?

Hivemind! I need your help.

Been getting multiple failures lately, and sometimes when I test the screen I get the result as on the pic. Sometimes works again for a while after turning the Photon off and on again.

What do you reckon? MoBo, LCD screen itself, firmware?

My oldest photon has been giving me some issues lately. I'd start a printing something. go way for while, come in 10 min and noticed it was start screen. I thought it was usb or print. Changed the USB. checked the file. Printed again. It worked fine. Went to print same thing again. This time I watched it. It's rebooting at 1% After 5 times. I took off the plate and vat. It printed. LCD is fine. Printed 3 times in row like that, just make sure it wasn't overheating issue. I moved usb to another photon and it printed fine. Wondering what would cause it keep rebooting. I change the power supply to another, no difference. Maybe board or Motor? Have been printing for more 2 years every day on it.

Two beginner questions:

1. It seems that the buildplate in Chitubox is not aligned with the UV LCD since it cut of the back of my model, any one else experince that? (No red areas in the software).

2. Why do the down side with the support looks like it is melted? I have tilted the model in a angle that it should be able to print. I did print in Anycubic gray with 7s exposure on my Photon S.

Z wobble problem here, my print has start to have z wobble problem from a certain hight aprox 5cm from the lcd, while I was testing the Z rail slide I noticed that at the top and the bottom of the rail is considerably more tight than in the middle (where the problem start), is this normal?
